After a strong HS career that saw him hit .540 and garner multiple All-Queens and All-City nods, Roger Mischel became an All-American pitcher at Queensborough CC. He then transfered to Adelphi University where he was a 2 year/2 way player that finished with a sub 3.00 ERA and a lifetime .336 average. After his playing career concluded, he went on to coach at Queensborough Community College where he led the Tigers to consecutive CUNYAC championships. Mischel has coached multiple professional players. Roger has a Masters degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration with a Specialization in Exercise and Sports Science, and continues to grow his knowledge on baseball and training by attending specialized clinics, & conventions in addition to his reading and studying of the top methods used by athletes and trainers today.

Jose is a former player at Queensborough Community College where he learned the techniques Coach Mischel used in instructing Jose and his teammates at QCC. He caught the bug as a coach and has been a long time PEGS instructor imparting all he has learned playing and coaching the game he's loves.
